Become a certified wine expert with Wine Lab! Wine Lab is proud to offer WSET’s Awards in Wines for Levels 1-3. WSET is a globally recognized certifying body for wine professionals as well as the gold standard for wine education worldwide. Wine Lab provides an interactive learning environment led by Jody Pollara, a WSET Certified Educator, and operates under rigorous quality and ethical standards to ensure the credentials earned maintain the highest degree of integrity possible. Through the support of trained educators and excellent educational resources, Wine Lab facilitates learning success for its students.

Courses at Wine Lab are in English, the primary language of the global wine industry, and are taught by a native English speaker. 

WSET qualifications will help you become a well-rounded wine expert, taking you from enthusiast to expert with a certificate and pin awarded to candidates who achieve qualifying scores on their exams. WSET® Level 1 Award in Wines

WSET® Level 1 Award in Wines is a beginner level introduction to wine. This wine course is suitable for those starting a wine career or pursuing an interest in wine. You’ll explore the main types and styles of wine through sight, smell, and taste while also gaining the basic skills to describe wines accurately and make food and wine pairing suggestions. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.

WSET® Level 1 Award in Wines

WSET® Level 1 Award in Wines is a beginner level introduction to wine. This wine course is suitable for those starting a wine career or pursuing an interest in wine. You’ll explore the main types and styles of wine through sight, smell, and taste while also gaining the basic skills to describe wines accurately and make food and wine pairing suggestions.
